Rubber Joints Manufacturer

A rubber expansion joint is used to absorb vibration and thermal expansion in piping systems. Usually composed of rubber, fabric, metal rings, and metal end fittings. It is typically used to reduce stress on piping components due to the movement of the pipes.

  • Movement, vibration, and sound reduction
  • Corrosion, abrasion, erosion, and fatigue resistance
  • High flexibility
  • Ease of installation
  • Low maintenance costs
  • Low-pressure drop
  •  Long service life

Professional Rubber Joints Manufacturer in China

LINDAS can manufacture a wide range of rubber joints for your projects. That includes single-sphere and double-sphere flexible rubber joints, union type, PTFE lined type, rubber joint with tie rod, white food-safe rubber joint, and more. These products are resistant to high temperatures, high pressure, and corrosion.

Rubber joints can be designed up to DN5000 dimension, with working pressures up to 10,000 kPa, and up to 280°C ( 536℉) temperature resistance.

You can choose our rubber joints based on size, pressure, rubber material, colors, and thickness to exceed your specific needs.

Why Utilize Rubber Expansion Joints

In many industries, rubber expansion joints functions are:

  • To absorb and dissipate thermal expansion & contraction
  • Reduce system stress
  • Eliminate start-up thumps
  • Reduce vibration
  • Absorb sound & shock
  • Reduce water hammer
  • Isolate equipment from its support structure, etc.

Excellent Rubber Materials

Natural Rubber

Commonly used rubber for expansion joints. It is a strong and flexible material that is resistant to wear & tear, and chemicals and can handle temperatures up to 200°F(90°C). Also offer good tensile strength, elongation, abrasion resistance, aging resistance & low-temperature resistance.

Neoprene Rubber

Synthetic rubber is more durable than natural rubber. Resistant to oil and other chemicals, ozone, and ultraviolet light. A great choice for outdoor applications. It can handle temperatures up to 250°F(120°C)

EPDM

Highly resistant to ozone, sunlight, oxidation & weathering. It is also resistant to water, steam, acids & alkalis. EPDM expansion joints are often used in steam, hot water &high-pressure applications. They can handle temperatures up to 300°F(150°C).

Silicone Rubber

A synthetic rubber that is resistant to extreme temperatures, ranging from -76°F to 536°F(-60°C to 280°C). Silicone rubber expansion joints are often used in high-temperature applications & are extremely flexible.

Different Rubber Joints are Available

Arch Type Rubber Expansion Joints

Consist of an elastomeric body reinforced with fabric plies. They are designed to handle most common fluids such as air, water, & oil.

This rubber joint is cost-effective & relatively easy to install. They also provide a tight seal, allowing for minimal leakage & ensuring a longer lifespan. Designed to accommodate a wide range of temperatures & pressures.

PTFE Lined Expansion Joints

Constructed with reinforced rubber bellows that are lined with a PTFE liner. The PTFE liner is a chemically inert material that is non-reactive to most chemicals, solvents & acids. They also have excellent dimensional stability, which makes them ideal for use in applications that require tight tolerances & precise control.

Sleeved Arch Type

Used to absorb axial, lateral, & angular movements in piping systems. It can accommodate a wide range of movements without significant loss of pressure. Additionally, they can be used in systems that have limited space, since they can be installed in tight areas.

Non-Metallic Reinforced Rubber Joints

Made up of a rubber body reinforced with non-metallic materials & can be used in a variety of applications. Designed to provide a high degree of flexibility & elasticity. Allowing the joints to expand & contract in response to changes in temperature or pressure.

White Food-Safe Rubber Joint

A white food-safe rubber joint is a type of rubber seal designed for food-grade & other hygienic applications. Typically white in color & made from an FDA-approved food-grade rubber material. The joint is designed to form a secure & leak-proof seal between two pipes or other components.

At LINDAS, we can produce rubber expansion joints in a variety of types, sizes & configurations. They can be custom-designed to fit unique requirements. Contact us now!
